- 3+ years managing planners; hiring and developing teams.
- Deep expertise in retail math, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Influence Merchandising on assortment, pricing, and investment decisions.
- Experience with planning tools and data environments (Excel, Anaplan, Netsuite, SAP).
