Senior Manager, Performance Economics (Service Fund Audit)

📋 Description

• Review payer financial reconciliations for accuracy.
• Develop and deploy audit procedures for payer data sets.
• Partner with payers and internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Project manage the contestation process with support from Legal.
• Document end-to-end processes with SOPs and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field.
• 7+ years healthcare experience, with 3+ in Medicare Advantage.
• 2+ years management experience.
• Deep knowledge of value-based care methodologies and Medicare Advantage policy.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and data manipulation skills (SQL/SAS/R).
• Strong collaboration across teams and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
