- Experience building integrations, automations, and AI workflows via iPaaS (Zapier/Workato).
- Experience designing and deploying agentic workflows in People tech.
- Proven track record leading system implementations and cross-functional projects end-to-end.
- Strong HR data knowledge and GDPR/CCPA compliance; translate tech to non-technical.
