Oversee HR tech stack: HRIS, ATS (Greenhouse), Lattice, CandorIQ.
Drive HRIS migration from Paylocity to UKG; ensure data accuracy.
Own recruiting ops: ATS config, hiring workflows, docs, data hygiene in Greenhouse.
Manage US/global benefits and PEO relationships.
Own immigration program for visa sponsorships across geographies.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years HR/people ops, with 2+ years in people management.
Hands-on HRIS ownership; UKG or Paylocity a plus.
Manage US and international benefits; vendor relationships.
Familiar with PEO models and global employment solutions.
Own recruiting ops/ATS admin; Greenhouse experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills with exec dashboards.
