π― Requirements
- 8+ years in HR tech with ownership of HRIS and integrations at 500+ employees.
- Hands-on Workday expertise; configure and optimize without heavy IT dependency.
- Strong HR systems architecture knowledge: ATS, LMS, performance, and compensation.
- Experience automating with iPaaS tools such as Workato, Boomi, or Zapier.
- Experience evaluating case management/ticketing platforms (Jira Service Management, Zendesk).
- Data-first orientation; comfortable with data modeling and cross-system consistency.
