- Own the People OS: HRIS, helpdesk, automation tools, and integrations.
- Design joiner/mover/leaver flows with SLAs and metrics.
- Partner with IT/Engineering for clean data, strong integrations, and audit trails.
- Redesign high-volume workflows for automation and AI support.
- Use AI to classify requests, draft communications, and spot patterns in People data.
- Lead onboarding/offboarding and global mobility across entities/EORs.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 10+ years in People Ops, HR Ops, or Global HR Ops in a multi-country, high-growth company.
- Primary owner of an HRIS or major People-system implementation; led a workflow automation rollout.
- Hands-on experience with employment/benefits compliance and partnering with Legal.
- Comfort operating across time zones and employment models (entities, EORs, contractors).
- Lead People Ops ICs and partner with Talent, Finance, Legal, IT, and Security.
