  • Lead and scale the People Ops function across global entities.
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle admin: onboarding, offboarding, data integrity.
  • Oversee immigration and global mobility programs.
  • Partner with Benefits, Payroll, Legal and PBP to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and reporting across regions.
  • Build a high-performing People Ops team and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in People Operations or HR, with at least 3 years in management.
  • Experience leading core People Ops at a high-growth tech company with multi-country compliance.
  • Builder's mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and creating structure.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll compliance, and HR regulations across jurisdictions.
  • HRIS experience (HiBob and/or Workday) with data integrity.
  • Experience with ticketing/case management systems (Jira Service Management) to manage requests.
