- Lead and scale the People Ops function across global entities.

π― Requirements
- 8+ years in People Operations or HR, with at least 3 years in management.
- Experience leading core People Ops at a high-growth tech company with multi-country compliance.
- Builder's mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and creating structure.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll compliance, and HR regulations across jurisdictions.
- HRIS experience (HiBob and/or Workday) with data integrity.
- Experience with ticketing/case management systems (Jira Service Management) to manage requests.
