• Internal community, engagement, or inclusion programs.
• Remote-first/distributed teams experience.
• Strong program and project management skills.
• Able to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Strong gaming culture ties; gaming industries preferred.
• English fluency, written and verbal.
