🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years HR experience; at least 4 years in senior PBP/HR leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead HRBP teams across functions or geographies.
  • Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with COEs and executives to deliver measurable outcomes.
