Lead and develop a team of 2 people analytics professionals.
Partner with HR, Total Rewards, Recruiting, and DEI to translate questions into analytics and storytelling.
Build self-serve capabilities and data literacy across the People org with trusted metrics.
Collaborate with analysts and engineers to evolve the people data warehouse and security model (Snowflake, OneModel).
Manage vendor relationships (Snowflake, Qualtrics, OneModel) to deliver scalable insights.
