Senior Manager, Payroll (Workday)

📋 Description

• Serve as the Payroll SME for global policies, controls, and Americas focus.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for the U.S. and Canada; LATAM growth.
• Drive implementation and optimization of global payroll processes with vendor alignment.
• Own review of payroll journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close; align with APAC/EMEA.
• Manage external payroll vendor relationships and cross-functional payroll support.
• Lead, mentor, and develop payroll team for high performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience, incl global exposure; 3+ years in management.
• Experience in payroll for a publicly traded company, including equity and SOX compliance.
• Deep knowledge of payroll laws across NA and LATAM; EMEA/APAC exposure a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll, ADP SmartCompliance, or EY Payroll Operate.
• CPP certification or equivalent.
