📋 Description

  • Design and own scalable partner ops infrastructure, onboarding, training, and co-selling.
  • Collaborate with CS, Sales, and Marketing Ops to embed partner motions into GTM systems.
  • Develop partner tiering, benefits, and incentives to scale programs.
  • Track partner OKRs and support MBRs/QBRs with data-driven reporting.
  • Transform workflows by putting AI at the center of operations.
  • Define and monitor partner metrics, pipeline, and revenue; turn insights into actions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in partner/channel ops, GTM strategy, revenue ops, or management consulting in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • 3+ years working directly with partner programs (agency, tech, or strategic alliances).
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce, PRM platforms, and BI/reporting tools.
  • Analytical and data-driven: turn data into actionable insights and operational improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
