🎯 Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in partner/channel ops, GTM strategy, revenue ops, or management consulting in high-growth B2B SaaS.
- 3+ years working directly with partner programs (agency, tech, or strategic alliances).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, PRM platforms, and BI/reporting tools.
- Analytical and data-driven: turn data into actionable insights and operational improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
