  • Lead TikTok Shop growth: traffic, affiliates, promos, and conversion.
  • Build full-funnel TikTok Shop strategy aligned to revenue/ROAS.
  • Recruit influencers and optimize affiliate performance in TikTok Shop.
  • Translate creative insights into testable commerce hypotheses; iterate formats (LIVE, Spark Ads, UGC).
  • Drive cross-platform campaign optimizations across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Pinterest, X.
  • Partner with Data Strategy to assess incrementality and cross-channel impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of paid media experience in agency or client environment.
  • Hands-on TikTok Shop and Seller Center management.
  • Experience building/optimizing experiments across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Familiarity with GA4, Northbeam, Adobe, TripleWhale, etc.; cross-channel attribution.
  • Detail-oriented with QA habits and thorough documentation.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

🎁 Benefits
