- 3-5 years of paid social experience with B2B, SaaS, or lead gen
- Full-funnel B2B social campaigns driving pipeline and MQLs/SQLs
- Hands-on LinkedIn Ads and Meta; familiarity with ABM and CRM lists
- Knowledge of B2B analytics/martech (GA, Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, 6sense)
- Understanding of B2B creative, testing, messaging for professional buyers
- Experience with social management or automation tools (Smartly, Google Ads Manager)
