🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 7–10+ years in performance marketing (paid social + programmatic)
- 2–4+ years managing teams or agencies
- Deep expertise in Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta) and Programmatic platforms (6sense, Viant, DSPs)
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, and marketing tech (Salesforce, Marketo)
- Strong understanding of Demand Gen, ABM, and audience targeting
