  • Strong communication; able to synthesize and present complex information simply.
  • Proven ticket analysis, customer metrics, and process improvement experience.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Highly resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
