Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of experience, including strategy/management consulting and startup experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with Product and Customer Success teams.
Self-starter who can identify and prioritize opportunities.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
