🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field.
- 5+ years in pharmacy operations, infusion services, or healthcare operations.
- 3+ years PM/implementation experience managing multiple large projects.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.
