📋 Description

• Build, test, and deploy AI-powered workflows across commercial, marketing, and ops teams
• Identify manual processes to automate; prototype AI or no-code solutions
• Train internal teams on AI adoption; create docs and best practices
• Stay current on AI capabilities; recommend tools or workflows to boost productivity
• Own Salesforce hygiene, reporting, and pipeline visibility for payer and provider deals
• Prepare Board materials, leadership updates, and quarterly reviews with data-driven insights

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years in ops, strategy, consulting, BizOps, or Chief of Staff roles
• AI-native workflow — daily use of AI tools with real examples
• Strong analytical and technical fluency; quick to learn new systems
• Attention to detail; executive-ready deliverables
• Strong written communication; ability to synthesize complex information
• Ability to influence cross-functionally without authority
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high-velocity environments
• Bonus: Consulting experience (MBB, Big4, Advisory)
