Senior Manager, Operations Accounting Data Center Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Lead governance for large-scale data center CapEx and CIP costs.
• Partner with Construction, Procurement, and Finance on capitalization.
• Provide executive visibility into spending, risks, schedules, asset readiness.
• Develop SOX-compliant processes for close, CIP, depreciation.
• Maintain reconciliations between fixed assets, CIP, and GL.
• Generate auditable CapEx forecasts and variance analyses.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years accounting experience with leadership roles.
• Strong GAAP, SOX, internal controls, and external reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
• CPA and/or public accounting background.
• Experience with CIP, asset capitalization, and depreciation.
• SOX controls and audit readiness experience.
