π― Requirements
- 7+ years of management experience in operations or related production field
- 5+ years in a people management role
- 2+ years leading projects or peers to achieve common goals
- Proven experience building, scheduling, managing and scaling high-performing teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to establish relationships with reports, peers, executives and clients
- Data-driven problem solving and mentorship to develop talent and improve performance
