🎯 Requirements
- Current, active licensure as RN, CGC, NP, PA or equivalent.
- Board Certification (OCN, CCRC) highly preferred.
- Master’s degree in clinical/scientific field highly preferred.
- 5+ years oncology clinical experience; 3+ years in oncology clinical research.
- Leadership: proven ability to build, scale a clinical program and mentor staff.
- Clinical expertise in biomarker-driven oncology and trial design.
- Ability to learn new technologies and serve as primary tech stakeholder.
- Experience communicating with patients, physicians, PIs, and research coordinators.
