- Evaluate complex transactions and document conclusions under US GAAP.
- Partner with Controllership, Tax, Legal, FP&A on new products and transactions.
- Translate conclusions into journal entries, close support, and disclosures.
- Maintain and enhance the technical accounting framework and policies.
- Advise on financial reporting implications, including footnotes and presentation.
- Identify scalable processes for evolving accounting requirements.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience with complex transactions and technical accounting
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams (Controllership, Tax, Legal, FP&A)
- Experience translating accounting conclusions into journal entries and disclosures
- Experience developing or maintaining technical accounting policies and documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration with auditors
