Senior Manager of Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting

📋 Description

• Lead the SEC and financial reporting function as we scale.
• Manage SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K) with US GAAP and XBRL.
• Maintain the reporting calendar and on-time deliverables.
• Lead reviews with legal, external auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and streamlined disclosures.
• Support internal and investor reporting and regulator inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; active CPA required.
• 7+ years accounting, including 2–3 years in leadership.
• Deep SEC reporting experience (Regs S-X/S-K); ownership of 10-Ks/10-Qs.
• Strong US GAAP, SEC regs, and reporting best practices.
• Public company experience; Big 4 preferred; fintech/tech a plus.
• Experience with Workiva (required) and NetSuite (preferred).
