  • Strong, hands-on leader who coaches and gets things done.
  • Proficient with recruiting systems (ideally Greenhouse) and analytics.
  • AI-first mindset; experiments with AI-driven models for efficiency.
  • Experience building scalable, high-integrity recruiting processes.
