  • Own and drive revenue systems, planning frameworks, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Define territory design and performance management, accountable end-to-end.

  • Build analytics framework: pipeline health, forecasting inputs, GTM insights.
  • Own reporting and data infra across Salesforce/Tableau; use SQL/Databricks.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or analytics
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience with senior stakeholders (Director+ / VP)
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-stakes envs
  • Salesforce CRM expertise (preferred)
  • Territory planning, quota setting, capacity modeling at scale
  • Exposure to forecasting, financial modeling, or strategic planning
