  • Strong communication; translate data into clear insights.
  • Experience with Salesforce and GTM tools (HubSpot, Gong, Outreach).
  • Analytical mindset; connect activity to revenue outcomes.
  • Financial modeling; build revenue, capacity, and quota models.
  • Player-coach with builder mindset and growth potential.
