🎯 Requirements
- Deep fluency in retail media, data partnerships, and programmatic curation.
- GTM strategy experience in commerce media or data-driven advertising.
- Strong storytelling and partner enablement for buyers and publishers.
- Translate market intelligence into product and commercial roadmaps.
- Ability to collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Familiarity with ad tech stack: SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, data marketplaces.
- Comfort working in fast-moving, scrappy environments with strong execution.
