  • 8+ years in customer support or payroll ops.
  • 4+ years managing frontline/tiered teams.
  • Deep expertise in multi-state payroll, tax ops, and compliance.
  • CPP/FPC or equivalent payroll credential preferred.
  • Track record building scalable training programs.
  • Experience scaling support in high-growth SaaS.
  • P proven ability to improve CSAT, resolution time, and quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to retool workflows with AI or automation.
