- Own key operational initiatives from ideation to execution.

- Foster equitable, collaborative ops teams; offer stretch assignments.
- Empower site leaders to meet refill/onboarding/efficiency targets.
- Drive accountability across stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5–7+ years of relevant pharmacy work experience; cross-functional leadership preferred
- MBA or PharmD a plus
- Experience with pharmacy operating systems (Epic) a plus
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau in a professional environment
- Ability to manage large datasets and convert them into actionable reporting
