Independently own key initiatives from ideation to execution.
Manage multiple complex workstreams across stakeholders.
Solicit feedback to identify reporting and process improvements across regions/sites.
Maintain accountability over reports and analyses for core initiatives.
Support pharmacy utilization with data analysis and presentations.
Partner with regional leadership on ad-hoc analyses to support initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
5-7+ years pharmacy ops experience; cross-functional leadership preferred
MBA or PharmD a plus
Experience with Epic pharmacy systems a plus
Experience with large enterprise telephony software a plus
Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau in a professional environment
