🎯 Requirements

- Experience coordinating complex operations with multiple teams/systems.
- Experience with flight test operations, mission planning, or aviation operations.
- Strong leadership and decision-making in high-pressure environments.
- Experience with mission planning tools, flight ops software, or range coordination.
