🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Facilities Management.
- 10+ years leading real estate, construction, and facilities in aerospace/defense.
- Proven experience managing large capital projects ($10M+) end-to-end.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP, HVAC, life safety, electrical, and EHS.
- Strong leadership; cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.
- Ability to travel occasionally to other Hermeus sites.
