🎯 Requirements

- Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to hire, grow, and retain high-performing teams.
- Distributed systems and large-scale data platform experience.
- Streaming systems (Kafka), NoSQL (Cassandra), Elasticsearch.
