  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Deep familiarity with digital marketing, ecommerce, CRM, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Gainsight) to drive performance.
