📋 Description

• Define and mature the crypto risk strategy and operating model.
• Lead risk appetite, KRIs, and governance for crypto entities.
• Oversee risk assessments, RCSAs, issues, and remediation.
• Chair crypto risk governance and report across jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in crypto/fintech risk management; 3+ years leading teams.
• Deep crypto product knowledge: trading, custody, staking, wallets.
• Experience building KRIs/metrics and governance in regulated environments.
• End-to-end risk lifecycles: risk assessments, issues, and resilience.
• Regulatory exposure across NYDFS/BitLicense, MiCA, DORA; auditors.
• Experience using Looker/Superset for dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
