Senior Manager of Corporate Actions

📋 Description

• Lead a Corporate Actions team and operational workflow.
• Own end-to-end event lifecycle for equities, ETFs, funds.
• Expand into alternatives and listed options.
• Drive modernization, automation, and controls.
• Stabilize workflows and document procedures for audit readiness.
• Coordinate with clients and custodians to meet deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in brokerage, clearing, or custody ops focused on corporate actions.
• Strong DTCC PBS knowledge; understands event types, timelines, tax/cost-basis implications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Securities licenses: Series 7, 63, and 24.
• Strong communication, resilience, ownership and problem-solving.
• Bonus: hands-on with FIS and XSP (Phase3).
