Own end-to-end warehouse ops: intake, authentication, inventory, storage, and fulfillment.
Oversee consignment lifecycle from intake to listing, sale, and consignor payout.
Ensure inbound shipments are received, processed, and recorded against POs.
Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, throughput for speed, accuracy, scalability.
Maintain strict inventory control with real-time data accuracy across systems.
Establish and enforce SOPs across warehouse and consignment processes.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in warehouse, logistics, or ops mgmt in retail/ecommerce/resale.
Experience managing end-to-end operations: inventory, fulfillment, and supply chain.
Strong leadership to manage, develop, and scale high-performing teams.
Deep understanding of warehouse ops, inventory systems, and process optimization.
Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and scalable solutions.
Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems; proficient in Excel.
