- 7β10+ years in commissions, sales compensation, or sales ops
- Strong experience with commissions platforms (Xactly)
- Deep knowledge of quotas, accelerators, SPIFFs, and clawbacks
- Advanced Excel and data skills; BI tools (Tableau) preferred
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
- Experience scaling processes in high-growth or SaaS environments
