Lead quarterly and annual engineering planning cycles (APM, headcount, budgeting)
Own and scale engineering planning processes (APM, headcount, budgeting, forecasting)
Own analytics for Engineering: data models, dashboards, and performance metrics
Define and run operating cadences (QBRs, planning reviews, OKRs) to ensure execution
Communicate insights to senior stakeholders; drive Jira tooling and scalable analytics

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in engineering operations, analytics, strategy, or TPM; data-driven decisions
Advanced analytics: data modeling, SQL, pivots
Experience leading cross-functional programs end-to-end with measurable impact
Interpret metrics across business and engineering; communicate insights to senior stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
