Senior Manager of Brokerage Risk Governance & Oversight

📋 Description

• Define and execute Brokerage risk strategy aligned with enterprise risk frameworks.
• Advise Brokerage Product, Engineering, and Operations on risk.
• Own design and execution of Brokerage risk assessments.
• Lead a technical team building automated, data-driven risk monitoring.
• Partner across teams to remediate issues and feed learnings into controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in risk mgmt, brokerage ops, or product risk, incl. leadership.
• Deep understanding of broker-dealer ops, product lifecycles, and regs (SEC, FINRA).
• Experience leading data/automation/analytics teams (coding not required).
• Proven ability to drive automation or Agentic AI in regulated settings.
• Strong judgment, structured thinking, and ability to influence senior leadership.
