• Lead the development and execution of the Tech+Talent 2026 marketing strategy to achieve key business objectives.
• Design compelling AI-focused value propositions and go-to-market messaging; collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate capabilities into customer benefits.
• Develop solution positioning and messaging; create sales enablement materials and campaigns to drive demand.
• Drive marketing execution for new AI-powered solution launches across multiple digital channels; ensure alignment with brand and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with sales, strategy, technology, and commercial teams to capture customer insights and refine solution selling approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product marketing, solution marketing, or related roles; ideally in legal services, professional services, or technology.
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing dynamics; ability to translate objectives into customer-centric programs.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex ideas with clarity.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work remotely while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce) and marketing automation systems (HubSpot).
