Own monthly close: prep, review, post journal entries and reconciliations
Reconcile material balance sheet accounts: cash, intercompany, prepaid, accruals
Capitalize, amortize, and reconcile commissions and other prepaid costs
Record revenue, deferred revenue, and unbilled revenue per ASC 606
Manage cash receipts, AR, and allowance for doubtful accounts
Oversee cash activity: AP, payroll, cash receipts, bank transfers

🎯 Requirements

CPA or CMA
6+ years accounting in high-growth startup/healthtech
US GAAP knowledge incl ASC 606
Own full monthly close and audit-ready financial statements
Advanced Excel with complex formulas and models
External auditor liaison; experience with Campfire, Ramp, Anrok, Rippling
