🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in museums/cultural institutions or live entertainment with partnerships or business development.
  • Proven track record managing high-value partnerships with museums and cultural institutions.
  • Experience with ticketing platforms, inventory strategy, or revenue optimization.
  • Background in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB) or strong commercial role in culture.
  • Strong sales and partnership development, pipeline ownership, and senior stakeholder management.
  • German and English fluency (C2); strong communication; comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce.
