  • Create and cultivate deep museum and cultural partner relationships.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to balance and grow a large client base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver partner growth in Germany and beyond.
  • Stay up-to-date on cultural/museum trends and showcase new exhibitions and experiences.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in museums/cultural sectors with partnerships or business development.
  • Proven track record managing high-value partnerships with museums and cultural orgs.
  • Experience with ticketing platforms, inventory strategy and revenue optimization.
  • Background in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB) or strong commercial role in culture.
  • Strong sales and partnership skills; own pipelines; negotiate high-value deals.
  • Excellent German and English communication (C2).
