- 5+ years in museums/cultural sectors with partnerships or business development.
- Proven track record managing high-value partnerships with museums and cultural orgs.
- Experience with ticketing platforms, inventory strategy and revenue optimization.
- Background in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB) or strong commercial role in culture.
- Strong sales and partnership skills; own pipelines; negotiate high-value deals.
- Excellent German and English communication (C2).
