Senior Manager, Multicultural Insurance Solutions

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of multicultural insurance products from ideation to launch.
• Define product intents and value propositions for diverse populations.
• Translate insights into scalable product designs (benefits, programs, engagement).
• Lead benefit design for multicultural plans; expand and adapt offerings.
• Analytics: identify disparities; partner to develop dashboards and KPIs.
• Regulatory, compliance, and equity alignment with legal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in developing/managing commercial insurance products incl multicultural offerings.
• 5+ years ACA experience (individual and small group).
• 3+ years end-to-end product lifecycle ownership.
• 5+ years designing multicultural/equity-focused products.
• 3+ years cross-functional work in regulated environments; 3+ years data-driven decisions.
• Ability to speak fluent Spanish.
