• 5+ years ACA experience, incl individual and small group products.
• 3+ years end-to-end product lifecycle ownership.
• 5+ years designing multicultural/equity-focused products.
• 3+ years cross-functional work in regulated environments; data-driven decisions.
• 4+ years managing cross-functional stakeholders; fluent Spanish; travel 25%.
