π― Requirements
- 8+ years of mobile user acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Proven track record scaling UA, retargeting, and creative strategies for mobile games or apps.
- Extensive experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets and P/L.
- Strong leadership to build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Expert-level knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem, including major platforms (Google UAC, Meta, TikTok), DSPs, and MMPs.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strategic relationships with major ad partners.
- A deep understanding of data analysis and a track record of partnering with data science teams to improve models and drive strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies and data insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Salary range: $123,200 - $182,360/year in WA.
- Pay is based on market location; may include bonus and equity.
