- Proficiency in BI/analytics tools and Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, dashboards).
- Strong project management with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's in Business, Merchandising, or Supply Chain; advanced degree a plus.
