🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of mechanical engineering/product design experience.
- 3+ years in a people leadership role.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
- Thrive in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
- Deep experience in DFM, DFA, and DFT.
- Proficiency with industry-standard 3D CAD and PDM/PLM; materials and manufacturing knowledge.
